The 34-year-old English songwriter says the band has put everything in the forthcoming new album 'Mylo Xyloto' and is not left with anything to use in a new album.

The Mirror quoted him as saying, "I feel like this record is our last".

"I always feel like each record is our last but at the moment I'm in the stage where I really mean it".

He said, "I just can't imagine how we would do another one, because we've thrown everything [into this one]".

Asked Martin, in fact 'Mylo Xyloto' band will be the last album.

He replied, "I don't know. But I never know. I think it would be bad if I was like, 'Yeah, we've got 15 songs up our sleeves'".

"I don't have anything left. I feel proud of our band at the moment. We're just so grateful, and very driven.

He added, "How long that will last, I don't know. I don't know how long you can maintain that kind of focus...".
